The challenge

Sportime wanted to move to an ecommerce platform its internal team could manage more comfortably. The priorities were greater control over daily tasks, less reliance on technical support for routine changes, connections between physical stores and the online operation, and a better customer experience.

Our approach

The engagement extended beyond launching a new website. Design, data migration, system connections and operational support were delivered within the same project. Intensive work and support during the initial period helped the team adapt to the new setup.

The team gained greater control over the platform and became more comfortable handling routine work. Support beyond launch

Following launch, we provided monthly operational support and consulting. Today, we continue to work with Sportime on development and technical tasks as needs arise.
