FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about ongoing Shopify support.

How does the ongoing support model work?

We agree on the scope, communication model, priorities and available capacity. Requests enter a shared backlog, are clarified and prioritized, then move through development, QA and release.

What kind of work can be included?

Typical work includes theme changes, landing pages, bug fixes, app configuration, storefront improvements, integration coordination, QA and day-to-day Shopify tasks. Larger standalone projects can be scoped separately.

Can you handle urgent issues?

We define the urgent-issue process and response expectations at the start of the engagement. True incidents are separated from normal backlog requests.

Do unused hours carry over?

The commercial model and any carry-over rules are defined in the proposal. We recommend a structure that keeps capacity predictable without encouraging unnecessary work.

Can you work with our existing tools and team?

Yes. We can adapt to an agreed task, communication and approval workflow while keeping ownership and status clear.

How do we start?

We begin with a store and workflow audit, review the existing backlog and suppliers, then define the first priorities and operating rhythm.
