These Terms of Use govern access to and use of digimaps.co, operated by Digimaps Core Teknoloji A.Ş. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the website

This is a corporate and informational website presenting Digimaps Core’s Shopify, e-commerce technology and application services. Contact forms and calls to action are for enquiries only; submitting a form does not create a service contract, price commitment or obligation to accept a project. Any engagement is governed by the proposal and written agreement agreed separately with the client.

2. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, collect data unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the content in a way that infringes third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, software, graphics, Digimaps Core marks and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Digimaps Core and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client and third-party names, logos and project materials remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the website for its intended purpose.

Portfolio examples are provided to illustrate experience and scope. Third-party websites, campaigns and interfaces may change after a project is delivered. We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but do not warrant that every item is complete, uninterrupted or error-free. General website content is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Digimaps Core does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices.
