How do I get support for an installed app?

Use the support contact shown on the app listing or contact Digimaps Core with the store URL and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer data.

Do the apps work on every Shopify plan?

Compatibility depends on the Shopify capabilities used by each app. Plan requirements and important limitations are explained on the relevant app page and listing.

Can I suggest a feature or app idea?

Yes. We are especially interested in repeated operational needs that affect multiple merchants. A suggestion does not guarantee development, but it can inform the product roadmap.

Can you also build a private app for our store?
